Bewitching Flour began with a simple idea: baking should feel a little magical.
Hi, I’m Katie, the baker and creator behind Bewitching Flour.
What started as a love of baking quickly turned into a fascination with infusion, flavor, and the science behind edible dosing. I wanted to understand how to create desserts that were not only delicious, but also consistent, thoughtful, and safe to share.
Over time I began developing my own recipes, techniques, and systems for working with infused ingredients. Along the way I realized something important — many people were curious about infused baking, but had no clear place to learn the basics.
So Bewitching Flour grew into something bigger than a bakery.
Today Bewitching Flour is a space where baking, creativity, and education come together. Through recipes, tools, and courses, I teach people how to approach infused baking with confidence — from understanding potency and infusion methods to creating desserts that actually taste incredible.
My background combines a love of baking with a deep curiosity about how ingredients work together. I’ve spent years experimenting in the kitchen, refining recipes, and learning how to balance flavor, texture, and infusion in a way that feels both approachable and reliable.
You may have seen my work at local pop-ups, community events, and retail spaces, where I share small-batch baked goods, baking mixes, and specialty sugars designed to spark creativity in the kitchen.
One of my proudest moments was winning the 4th Annual CBD Cookoff with my Lavender Haze Honey Lemonade-a reminder that a little kitchen magic can go a long way.
